This quick and easy S’mores Dump Cake, also called S’mores cobbler, is an ooey, gooey and delicious camping-inspired treat!
This decadent cake is cooked in an oven, which means you can enjoy the campfire flavors at home.
Dump cakes use a box cake mix, along with a few other ingredients, to make a homemade cake with little effort.
Even if you aren’t a baker, you can make this cake, I promise!

Easy S’mores Dump Cake Recipe
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
Yields: 12 servings
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- One 5.1 ounce box instant chocolate pudding
- 2 ½ cups milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 5 graham cracker sheets, roughly chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the cake mix and instant pudding into a 9×13 baking dish.
Add the milk and the butter to the pan and lightly whisk the ingredients together until just mixed.
Top with the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until the cake begins to pull away from the pan and the marshmallows are toasted.
Immediately after removing the cake from the oven, top with graham cracker pieces. Lightly press the pieces into the top of the cake to make them stick.
Allow the cake to cool slightly, then serve warm.
