Delicious Caramel Apple Fluff Salad Recipe
Prep Time: 20 min
Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 cup milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping, such as Cool Whip
- 3 granny smith apples
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 Tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for topping

Chop the granny smith apples into chunks, and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth.
Add the Cool Whip and whisk until well combined.
Add the caramel sauce and stir to combine.
Fold in the apple chunks and mini marshmallows.
While this salad can be served immediately, it is best when allowed to chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator for the flavors to blend.
Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
How to Store: Caramel Apple Fluff can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You will want to cover it with plastic wrap or a lid when storing it so that it doesn’t dry out.
Helpful Tips
- You can make Caramel Apple Fluff in advance! In fact, I highly suggest doing so in order to get the best flavor out of the dish.
- Do not freeze this dessert ahead of time. It doesn’t freeze well.
- The marshmallows will get softer and gooier after storing for a day or two. Don’t worry! This is normal. And I think it tastes better that way.
- If you have been storing the fluff salad for a day or two, you will want to stir it well before serving. Some of the liquid from the fruit will condense on the top, which is normal, but not great for presentation.
