Easy Ranch BLT Pinwheels
Yields: 20 pinwheels
Prep time: 15 minutes
Chill time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (1 oz.)
- 5 strips cooked bacon, finely chopped
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely diced (about 1 ¼ cups)

Instructions
Stir together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning.

Lay two tortillas together on a flat surface with the edges slightly overlapping.
Spread the cream cheese mixture in a thin layer over the top of both tortillas.

Top the cream cheese with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Tightly roll up the tortillas and wrap the log in plastic wrap. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients until you have four logs.

Place the tortillas in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
When ready to serve, slice the tortillas into one inch slices. It is easier to use a serrated knife to cut the tortillas.
