Sweet and Creamy Berry Cheesecake Salad

Our Creamy Berry Cheesecake Salad is a light and sweet side dish that is perfect for any picnic or outdoor meal.

The red, white and blue salad is a patriotic dish perfect for Fourth of July get togethers. Of course, this pretty side dish is perfect any time you can use fresh strawberries and blueberries.

We used whipped cream cheese to make this salad easier to make. Whipped cream cheese is already light, fluffy and easy to stir.

However, if you prefer to soften a stick of cream cheese and whip it in a bowl, you can easily substitute the ingredients.
