Quick and Easy Cold Dill Pickle Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dill pickles; diced
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
Directions
Add the cream cheese and sour cream into a large bowl. Mix well with a hand mixer until it is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
Add three quarters of the diced pickles to the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Reserve the rest to top the dip later.
Add in the ranch seasoning mix and stir well.
Scoop the dip into a serving bowl and top with the remaining diced dill pickles. Refrigerate until ready for serving because this dip is best when cold.
This dip has the best flavor after it has sat for at least an hour or so while the ingredients blend together.
