An easy yet unique s’mores recipe using Oreo cookies instead of graham crackers. These oven s’mores can be made at home or in an RV kitchen.
We love the extra layer of cream from the Oreo filling for a truly decadent s’mores treat!
Oreo S’mores Recipe
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 8 Oreo cookies
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 squares of milk chocolate candy bar (we used Hershey’s)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the Oreo cookies and place the halves with the cream filling facing up on a baking sheet. Place a square of chocolate on top of each cream-filled cookie half. Next, place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
Place the assembled cookies with marshmallows in the preheated oven and bake for about 3-5 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned.
Once the marshmallows are toasted, carefully place the remaining Oreo cookie halves on top of each marshmallow to create a sandwich.
Serve immediately while the marshmallows are still warm and gooey.
