Sometimes you can’t have a camp fire every night of camping, but you might still want to enjoy the nostalgic taste of s’mores. This easy S’more cookies recipe is the perfect way to enjoy the classic campfire snack when you can’t make them from scratch.

How to Make S’mores Cookies
Servings: 24 Cookies
Prep: 10 minutes| Cook Time: 12 minutes | Total Time: 22 minutes
Ingredients
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 ¼ cup marshmallows
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer to cream the butter and sugars together.
Add the egg into the creamed sugar mixture and mix together.
Mix in the flour and baking powder. It might look too dry, but don’t worry. Just keep mixing until it is well incorporated.
Fold in the marshmallows and both types of chocolate chips. You may need to use your hands to get everything well mixed.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop even batter balls onto your baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
