This Bisquick sausage balls recipe is an easy appetizer to make with just four ingredients. This classic appetizer recipe is always a crowd favorite at parties and events.
While these sausage balls with Bisquick is usually a party food, we have been known to eat these for breakfast! And why not? They are made with breakfast foods such as sausage, cheese, milk and Bisquick.
These breakfast meatballs are another one of our favorites! It’s the same sausage ball base but with a homemade gravy.
One of the great things about this recipe is that you can make the mix and freeze it into balls ahead of time. Bring the frozen meatballs camping and you can defrost them and cook them later. If you don’t have an RV oven, we suggest these low-wattage toaster ovens.

They are best reheated in an air fryer, but you could also bake them. We do not suggest microwaving them because they will be soggy.
