Candied Bacon Wrapped Crackers (Just 3 Ingredients)

Bacon Wrapped Crackers Recipe

Yields: 16 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 32 Club Crackers
  • 16 slices thin-cut bacon, sliced in half to make 32 pieces
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a large baking sheet by covering it with aluminum foil and then placing an oven-safe wire rack on top of the foil. Set aside.

Wrap each piece of bacon around a cracker and place it on the wire rack on the cookie sheet.

Top each bacon wrapped cracker with ½ teaspoon of the brown sugar. If desired, you could sprinkle on a little pepper, too.

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with some chopped green onion on top, if you would like.
