Cheese dip with Velveeta reheats surprisingly well. So you can make a big batch and eat it for several days while camping. Just add in a little milk when reheating if you would like to thin the consistency.
We suggest serving this Velveeta Rotel Cheese Dip with tortilla chips, but it would also be great served with crackers or vegetable sticks, such as carrots or celery.
As a Southerners, we think this would be delicious on saltine crackers, too! I think it’s a South thing, everything pairs well with Saltines!
While we like the taste of cilantro, we know that many people do not! So if you leave the fresh cilantro out of the ingredients list, you will still love this classic dip recipe.
